COMCAT®

COMCAT® is a new generation plant extract from non-hazardous wild plants. It is a totally natural organic product with plant strengthening effects. The product is a powder and stable in its formulation for a minimum of 2 years.

COMCAT® is applied to the foliage of all crops, fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, ornamentals, pastures and turf. It can also be used as a seed treatment. COMCAT® is diluted with water and sprayed onto plants. It is quickly absorbed into the plants, within 30 minutes after application. COMCAT® activates important genes in plants that regulate the level of  plants metabolic processes, and it induces the plants natural defence mechanisms against stresses like drought, cold, and salt conditions.

It was scientifically demonstrated that the ingredients in COMCAT® are significantly involved in:

• Germination of seed
• Cell elongation (induces gibberellin production)
• Photosynthesis
• Sugar transport
• Respiration
• Flower bud formation
• Root and shoot growth
• Soil microbial activity (e.g. symbiosis with Rhizobium and free living beneficial microbes)

All this together leads to higher yields and higher fruit quality in a natural way.

COMCAT® is foliar applied at a dose of 100-125 g/ha (up to 200 g/ha) dissolved in 200-500 L/ha water. Addition of an effective wetting agent (adjuvants) to the spray solution increases uptake of the product. It is important that the first spray is early in the season, this is at 3-6 leaf stage in agricultural crops (like cereals, maize, potatoes, sugar beet, sunflower etc.) and vegetables (like salads, cabbage, legumes, carrots etc.), and before flowering in fruit trees, berries, and bushes. The application can be repeated in agricultural crops one time short before flowering. In fruits, potatoes, vegetables and berries the application can be repeated up to 3 times every 4 weeks. Sprays of  COMCAT® can perfectly be combined with fungicide or insecticide, or with foliar nutrient applications. Deliveries by drip irrigation/fertigation or with sprinkler are possible.

It should be noted that COMCAT® does not replace the application of organic or mineral fertilizers.
